These terms govern your use of MarginMoose (marginmoose.com). By creating an account, you agree to them.
MarginMoose computes true profit and margin per product from CSV data you upload (or forward by email) and your own entered costs, and offers plain-language AI commentary on top of those numbers. It is a decision-support tool, not accounting, tax, or legal advice — the numbers are computed deterministically and are only as accurate as the data and costs you provide; verify anything important before acting on it, and consult a qualified professional for accounting or tax decisions.
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
Your first CSV upload is free. Importing more data requires an active subscription, billed through Stripe at the price shown on our pricing page. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing but doesn’t retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.
Don’t use the service to upload data you don’t have the right to use, attempt to circumvent usage limits or security controls, or interfere with the service for other users.
You own the data you upload and enter. We own the MarginMoose software and platform. Using the service doesn’t transfer ownership of either to the other party.
AI insights and chat responses are generated interpretations of numbers our own deterministic code already computed — the AI is never asked to calculate a figure itself, but its commentary and recommendations are still AI-generated and can be wrong. Use your own judgment.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarginMoose isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including business decisions made based on figures or AI commentary it produced.
You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
