Not another dashboard that shows you revenue and calls it a day.
Export your orders exactly as they come, from Etsy, Shopify, eBay, or anywhere else that gives you a CSV. For the big three, MarginMoose auto-detects which column is your SKU, order date, price, fees, shipping, and ad spend. Selling somewhere else? Map the columns once and we remember it for every upload after that.
The first time we see a new SKU, we’ll ask what it actually costs you — materials, sourcing, whatever you pay before it ships. Save it once, and every future upload uses it automatically. Only genuinely new products ever ask again.
Per product: units sold, revenue, platform fees, payment fees, shipping, ad spend, cost of goods, profit, and margin — sortable by any column. Products losing money are flagged in red. Winners and losers are called out automatically, and if you’ve got more than one period of data, we show you what changed and why.
After the numbers are computed — in code, never guessed — a short summary explains what’s hurting your margin and what to do about it, in language built for sellers, not accountants. The real numbers are always shown right next to it, so you never have to just take its word for it.
Profit and margin are calculated the same way, every time, in plain code you could check by hand. The AI is never asked to calculate anything — only to interpret numbers that are already correct.
Customer names, emails, addresses, and phone numbers are discarded the moment a CSV is parsed — before a single row is stored. Nothing personally identifying is ever saved, logged, or sent to any AI model.
